Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates

• Garden plants, seeds and supplies shipped directly from our growing partners: Free shipping!!!
• Savannah Showroom Standard shipping: $20.00 plus $3.00 each additional item
• Savannah Showroom Express shipping: Starts at $45.00.  Buyer will be quoted the price.
  

Your shipping options and total are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing times Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom 3D printed items are made to order, so please allow about one week before they ship. Items shipped directly from our growing partners may arrive in a separate package and on a different schedule from the rest of your order.

Shipping live plants Live plants are packed with care to protect them in transit. To keep them healthy, we may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold and ship when the weather is safer. We'll let you know if your order is delayed for weather.

Tracking When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
