Plant Return Policy

We’re proud to offer an expanded selection beyond our Savannah Showroom, with plants delivered directly to your door. Select plants on our website are shipped directly from trusted growing partners and are not stocked at Hunt's Farm, LLC. These items are not available for in-store pickup, return, or exchange. All online plant purchases are final sale and non-returnable but have an arrive alive guarantee.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged when applicable.

Please note:

• Orders ship from a separate location and may arrive independently
• No warranties or guarantees are offered on online plant purchases
• Plant performance depends on care and environmental conditions after delivery
• Online pricing may vary from in-store pricing
